This is Pampanga’s Best’’s version of the classic Spanish sausage, the chorizo. Like the traditional chorizo, our Chorizo Macao is also made from ground pork, chili, paprika and garlic. Unlike the traditional chorizo, though, our Chorizo Macao is pre-sliced so that it will be easier to fry and eat. Plus, it has a flavor like Chinese ham – slightly sweet and yet salty at the same time. That’s good news for hungry guys and gals who can’t wait to get their mouths filled with these scrumptious meat pieces but don’’t want just any old sausage!
